Happy Valley Farm Cottage is nestled in the heart of the Great Southern in the locality of Westwood.  It is located on a working sheep and grain farm and is only 15km from Katanning.  Whilst you enjoy the peace and serenity of your natural surrounding you can rest assured that anything you might need is only a short drive away. 

“The Cottage”, as it is affectionately known, was built c.1920 as a worker’s cottage.  It has been lovingly restored in recent years to provide all the comforts you might desire whilst retaining its historical charm.

Situated alongside the family homestead, you are assured your privacy, whilst at the same time the owners, Darryn and Kylie, are close at hand should you need any information or assistance.

Happy Valley Farm Cottage has one bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed.  French linen sheets and a wool doona ensure a cosy night’s sleep.  The bathroom is well appointed and the shower is luxurious.    

In the living area there is a comfy sofa and Smart TV for your entertainment needs.  A split system air conditioner will keep you comfortable no matter what the weather or season.  The small but functional kitchen has everything you need to make a simple meal including stovetop, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils.  Basic breakfast supplies are provided along with tea, coffee and milk.
